Cupid’s Heart is a Saskatchewan-based alternative rock band whose cello-led sound blends emotional songwriting with cinematic dynamics. Combining cello, electric guitar, drums, and haunting female vocals, the band’s sound moves effortlessly between moody introspection and powerful release—music that feels as good in a dark room as it does on a loud stage.

Formed in 2022, Cupid’s Heart has wasted no time hitting the road. The band has played over 150 live shows across Canada, independently organizing multiple regional and national tours, spanning 25 cities from coast to coast. In 2024, the lineup expanded with the addition of drummer Zachary Kerr, adding new energy and depth to an already dynamic live show.

Known for performances that are immersive, emotional, and quietly explosive, Cupid’s Heart has appeared at more than 30 festivals, including the Saskatoon Jazz Festival, Ness Creek Music Festival, Cathedral Village Arts Fest, Waskesiu Lakeside Music Festival, Haywire Farm Festival, and Pride festivals across Saskatchewan.

Their recorded releases include the debut EP Atrium and a growing catalogue of singles mixed and mastered at SoulSound. Along the way, the band has earned a SaskMusic Contemporary Indigenous Artist of the Year nomination, a SaskArts Independent Artist Grant, national CBC airplay, and strong media support across Canada.

Cupid’s Heart continues to build momentum with new music on the horizon—inviting listeners into a sound that’s intimate, expansive, and unmistakably their own.
